AI Adoption

Seven AI agents for your core processes

Each agent does real operational work — invoices, payslips, orders, content — inside the systems your company already runs. We train the people who will use it.

The frame

Adoption is people and processes, not courses

Adoption is not a one-off course, and it is not software installed and left alone. It is the moment a process actually changes and the people who run it know how to use it. That is why the catalogue has one agent for people and six for processes.

Not training alone.

A course raises awareness, then on Monday the invoices are still posted by hand. The agent has to sit inside the process.

Not software alone.

An agent released without explanation stays unused. Who approves, who checks and who handles exceptions must know before go-live.

One agent per process.

Fulcrum Training Agent covers the people side. The other six cover one process each: no chatbot trying to do everything.

The catalogue

Pick the process, not the technology

Each card says what the agent does, who it is for and where to click for the full page. The order starts from the processes where manual work is most visible.

How they are built

Four traits every agent has

Inside the systems you run.

The agent works on your ERP, CRM and document archives. It reads and writes where needed, with the permissions you set. If a system has no usable API or export, we say so in the assessment.

Human-in-the-loop.

A person stays in the process wherever the decision matters: the agent prepares, checks and flags, the person who is accountable approves. Approval thresholds are set during design.

Governance from day one.

Permissions per role, every action logged, data processed in Europe. Every output stays traceable. Designed for GDPR and AI Act compliance.

Measured on agreed KPIs.

In the assessment we pick the KPIs of the process: cycle times, rework, deadlines met. We measure before and after. We do not publish percentages we have not measured with you.

How we work

Four steps, from study to daily use

01

Assessment

We map the processes, data and skills in the scope you care about. The output is a written document: where AI creates value and where it does not.

02

Design

We set the roadmap and the architecture: which agent, which integrations, who approves what, which governance rules. The KPIs to measure are fixed here too.

03

Build

We develop the agent and integrate it into your existing systems. The people who will use it test it before go-live, not after.

04

Adoption

We take the agent into daily use: training, exception handling, measurement of the agreed KPIs.

First a call. Then the assessment, then the quote: no price before we know your processes, volumes and systems.

Who it is for

Functions that decide, companies that produce

We work with SMEs of 50 to 250 employees and mid-market companies of 250 to 1000. The rule is simple: a repetitive process, accessible data and one person who owns the result.

CEO and owner — decides where to invest first and which process to measure

CIO and CTO — assesses integrations, permissions and long-term maintenance

COO and operations — moves purchasing, stock and production out of spreadsheets

CFO, HR, marketing, legal — want operational capacity on their process, not one more tool

Objections

Five questions we always get

"We already do this with ChatGPT."

A generic chat produces text that stays in the chat. An agent reads data from your systems, performs the operational step and leaves a trace of what it did. The difference is not the model: it is the integrations, permissions and approvals built around it.

"Does it work with our ERP?"

It depends on what your ERP exposes: APIs, database access or scheduled exports. Almost always one of the three works. We check your case in the assessment and, if integration is not viable, we tell you before we start.

"Who maintains it afterwards?"

You choose: maintenance by Fulcrum, by your own team after training, or a mixed model. Either way we document configurations and integrations. The team that builds the agent trains the people who use it.

"What does it cost?"

We quote after the assessment. Before we know your processes, volumes and systems, any figure would be invented. The assessment defines scope, architecture and KPIs, and the quote follows.

"What about our people?"

They stay in the middle of it: they approve, check and handle exceptions. Fulcrum Training Agent exists for this, with upskilling paths per function. Whoever will use an agent is trained before go-live.

First step

Which process do you start from?

Bring us one process and the systems around it. If an agent is not the answer, we say so in the call.
